By accessing or using the Ricru platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, candidates, recruiters, hiring teams, and any other parties who access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or participating in an interview, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• •You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ricru grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended recruitment and interview purposes.

You may not sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to conduct, transcribe, organize, and summarize interviews. AI outputs are intended to assist hiring teams — not to replace human judgment.

• •All final hiring decisions are made by human recruiters and hiring managers.
• •AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies; you can request human review at any time.
• •Our AI systems are monitored regularly for fairness and bias.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (resume, responses, profile data). By using the Service, you grant Ricru a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and share that content with the hiring organization you applied to, solely for recruitment purposes.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including the platform, software, designs, trademarks, and AI models — are owned by Ricru or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Unauthorized use of Ricru's trademarks, logos, or branding is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• •Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Service.
• •Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the Service.
• •Upload viruses, malware, or any content intended to disrupt or damage the Service.
• •Interfere with the privacy or rights of other users.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

Ricru reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ricru and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, third parties, or Ricru's legitimate interests.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
